The Role:Manager, Manufacturing Operations Management(Production Manager)
The Production Manager leads end‑to‑end injection molding operations, ensuring safe, stable, and high‑quality production in alignment with customer demand and downstream assembly requirements. This role is accountable for operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while building organizational capability through strongpeopleleadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth, product transfers, and long‑term site competitiveness.
WhatYou’llDo:
Lead and manage daily injection molding operations to consistently achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Plan andoptimizeproduction resources—includingmanpower, equipment, tooling, and materials—to meet current demand and future capacity needs.
Own the execution of product transfers and qualifications for molded parts, ensuring robust process readiness and adherence to schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
Drive product and process quality through disciplined management of CARs, QNs, SPC, audit performance, and scrap reduction.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company EHS policies, regulatory requirements, and site standards.
Build, develop, and coach production teams to sustain high performance and readiness for business growth.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for direct reports and ensuretimelyand effective execution of development plans.
Identifyopportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Lead performance reviews, employee development discussions, and succession planning for the organization.
Sustain a Lean Six Sigma culture by driving continuous improvement initiatives andeliminatingnon‑value‑added activities.
Partner cross‑functionally to support site priorities, corporate manufacturing strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
What We Seek:
Experience leadinghigh‑volumemanufacturing operations in a global company, ideally with 7+ years in injection molding
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineeringrelated field.
Demonstratedresults in quality, delivery, cost, and safety, withhands‑onproduction leadership experience.
Provensuccess in capacity expansion and productionramp‑upswithinfast‑pacedmanufacturing environments.
Strong technical knowledge of molding, tooling, and product transfer,operatinginquality‑drivenor regulated settings.
Lean / Six Sigma mindset, applyingdata‑drivencontinuous improvement to improve yield and productivity.
Strong communicationand influencing skills, withcross‑functionalcollaboration experience
