Arthrex, a global leader in medical device innovation and orthopedic education, is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering – Repair Operations to lead the engineering team responsible for supporting and advancing our repair centers worldwide. In this role, you will drive the implementation, transfer, and continuous improvement of repair processes, technologies, and technical capabilities, ensuring repair centers can efficiently troubleshoot and restore medical equipment to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while leading a talented team dedicated to our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.
