The Manufacturing Engineering manager is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant, who will lead the manufacture Engineer team to works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.
1) Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting Data Center products, driving capability building, performance management, succession planning, and technical excellence across machining, assembly, testing, cleaning, and automation processes.
2) Own manufacturing process development and industrialization activities for new products, ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective production processes from concept through mass production.
3) Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, yield, cycle time, and manufacturing cost through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving methodologies.
4) Partner closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and global manufacturing sites to ensure successful product launches, manufacturing readiness, and deployment of best practices across the organization.
5) Lead the introduction of advanced manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and digitalization initiatives to support business growth, operational excellence, and future capacity expansion within the Data Center segment.
1) Design and develop new processes or modify existing ones to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
2) Conduct process capability studies and take actions to enhance process performance.
3) Perform root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
4) Optimize process parameters to reduce waste and improve production yield.
1) Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on lean manufacturing principles, particularly in the areas of process, tooling, and quality control.
2) Identify and manage process, tooling, and quality system changes through proper change management procedures.
1) Monitor key process parameters and ensure all equipment and tooling operate within defined specifications.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve process and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
3) Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to address any process or quality-related issues.
1) Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving production processes, introducing new technologies, and developing tooling.
2) Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines, with 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and at least 3 years of people management experience.
2) Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably within data center infrastructure, thermal management, liquid cooling systems, industrial equipment, electronics, or related industries, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and process industrialization.
3) Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering measurable results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
4) Experience supporting data center, liquid cooling, semiconductor, or other mission-critical industries with stringent cleanliness, reliability, and quality requirements.
