We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

The central Maintenance Section within the Technical Services Department manages the technical building services in the hotels and workspaces and is responsible, amongst other things, for their maintenance and all technical and safety-related processes.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:

• will be responsible for establishing and expanding the department, as well as for quality assurance and standardisation of all technical and safety-related processes
• oversee some of our hotels in Southern Europe and ensure that they are maintained to a high standard
• manage the technical building services at the hotel and workspace locations, oversee the optimisation of their maintenance, and plan repair work as required
• will act as the point of contact for our hotel technicians, train them, deliver training sessions, and review and optimise operational and building services workflows
• ensure that maintenance work, repairs and new installations are carried out cost-effectively, on time and to the required standard
• monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, rules, inspection deadlines, as well as occupational health and safety requirements
• will help draft service contracts, review contract terms, obtain quotes and handle claims with insurance companies

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• successfully completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering
• several years’ professional and managerial experience in a similar field; ideally, you will also have managed properties abroad
• enjoy being on the go and are keen on travelling
• a good knowledge of building services engineering and control and measurement technology
• a professional manner, and loyalty and integrity come naturally to you
• solve problems independently and creatively, whilst taking business considerations into account
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and, thanks to your structured approach to work and organisational skills, you enjoy keeping track of everything
• strong written and spoken English language skills; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
