Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Engineering to lead our maintenance team in Carlisle, PA This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring our facility and production equipment are operating safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You'll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, develop a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement to optimize performance.
✔️ 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field ( Mechanical/Electrical specialization preferred).
✔️ OR 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience with an Associate’s degree in a related technical field.
✔️ Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
