Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Plan and ensure optimum utilisation of man and assets
• Initiating & Driving Cost Reduction Initiatives
• Preparing & Maintaining Monthly MIS
• New Machine installation & commissioning
• CBM & TBM methodology for improving machine availability
• Implementing Low cost automation for improving productivity
• Initiatives & improvements to have better machine availability
• Adherence of TPM methodology
• Corrective & Preventive Maintenance
• MFMEA for machine cause identification & rectification
• Breakdown reduction approach by using ECRS methodology
• Quality Concerns resolution by QC Story methodology
• Actively participating in QCRT committee
• Inspire, lead and ensure healthy relation at all times with customer, supplier and employees within and outside department
• To have better employee engagement in the department for fetching optimum results
• Grooming & Enhancing Technical & function skills of officer through training
• ABC analysis of spares and machines
• Spare parts planning & procurement
• Budget planning (Capital as well as Revenue) and execution
• Responsible for keeping budget under control
• Resource planning for the department
