Lo Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte, Società tra Professionisti dedicata alla consulenza fiscale a clienti (società e fondi) italiani ed internazionali ricerca per la sede di Milano una risorsa Manager da inserire nel team di M&A & Real Estate Tax.
L’opportunità di inserimento e crescita professionale è dedicata a profili che hanno maturato da 5 a 7 anni di esperienza nella consulenza fiscale alle operazioni di M&A, con focus sui deal immobiliari.
Cerchiamo una persona motivata ed interessata all’opportunità di crescita all’interno di un network di consulenza internazionale.
Il nostro Team M&A e Real Estate Tax assiste società e fondi italiani ed internazionali nelle operazioni di M&A, fornendo attività di tax due diligence (acquisition, vendor), tax structuring ed assistenza fiscale alle operazioni di rifinanziamento.
Il nostro team lavora sia per i principali operatori M&A e real estate italiani che a stretto contatto con i team M&A & Real Estate Tax del network internazionale di Deloitte fornendo assistenza fiscali ai deal cross-border.
Alla risorsa sarà affidato un ruolo di crescente responsabilità nelle operazioni e nei progetti in cui sarà coinvolto/a, con significative possibilità di crescita professionale
Si richiede:
Completano il profilo ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, flessibilità e dinamicità, attitudine e forte motivazione verso il settore della consulenza fiscale in ambito M&A e Real Estate.
