This Logistics Services Performance Analysis Manager role is responsible for leading a team that supports the Logistics Services Organization with project-based and adhoc performance analysis including monitoring performance related to continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring performance related to new process implementations, business case analysis, identifying opportunities, root cause analysis and developing performance leadership report outs.
This role will also support the team in building, refining, maintaining and managing performance tools within the Logistics Services organization. To develop performance tools the team translates business requirements from operations leaders to technical requirements. This team is responsible for managing training / change management programs related to tool developments and updates. The team will strive to reduce manual work, by automating more of our performance tools and business processes.
The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
