The Logistics Procurement Manager Eastern-Europe is responsible for managing logistics procurement activities accross Eastern-Europe, with primary focus on Poland, the region's largets and most strategic market. As well as Ukraine, a critical market requiring strong supplier resilience and risk management.
The role ensure the availability, performance and cost-effectiveness of logistics partners across transport, warehousing and value-added servivces in a dynamic and complex environment. These responsibilities are valid for the YEU, YIS and YGP Business Units. This position plays a key role in securing operational continuity, optimizing supplier performance, negotiating competitive contracts and mitigating supply risks across Eastern-European markets and strategic business segments.
Education: Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, CPSM, APICS) are considered an advantage.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transport procurement, or supply chain management, with significant exposure to warehouse and transportation. Experience in multi-country or regional logistics environments.
