Job Description

Lead logistics operational excellence across more than 20 North American Parts Distribution Centers within the Stellantis Parts & Services distribution network. Drive Lean transformation, warehouse optimization, material flow, warehouse engineering, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and improve operational performance.

As the Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) Domain Manager within the Stellantis Continuous Improvement System, you will help shape logistics strategy, establish world-class standards, develop organizational capability, and deliver measurable business results across one of North America's largest automotive service parts distribution networks.

The Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) Domain Manager is responsible for developing, standardizing, deploying, governing, and continuously improving Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) standards and methodologies across North American Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs). This role ensures the effective deployment of the Stellantis Continuous Improvement System through standardized logistics processes, performance management, coaching, benchmarking, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve warehouse operations, material flow, inventory management, transportation, and customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, standardize, deploy, and continuously improve Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) standards and methodologies across North American Parts Distribution Centers.
  • Develop and standardize logistics processes supporting warehouse operations, material flow, transportation, inventory management, warehouse storage, and customer service.
  • Develop and standardize warehouse engineering principles, logistics process standards, slotting methodologies, storage techniques, and warehouse space utilization practices.
  • Develop and standardize logistics visual management systems, including warehouse identification, location management, material flow signage, wayfinding, and visual workplace standards.
  • Monitor Logistics KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, benchmarking, Read-Across, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Develop and utilize advanced data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify logistics losses, monitor KPI performance, validate improvements, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Lead benchmarking activities and support deployment of innovative logistics solutions, warehouse automation technologies, and low-cost automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Inventory Planning, Packaging, Engineering, Safety, Workplace Organization, Quality, People Development, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure standardized implementation of Logistics processes.
  • Support Parts Distribution Center launches, warehouse redesigns, automation initiatives, and network optimization projects by providing Logistics subject matter expertise.
  • Support SIS assessments and audits, identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and verify sustainable implementation of Logistics standards.
  • Develop Logistics capability through technical coaching, classroom training, workshops, and on-site support for PDC leadership, engineers, supervisors, and logistics teams.
  • Represent the Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) Domain in cross-functional SIS governance activities and support integration with other SIS domains.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience with warehouse operations, material flow, inventory management, transportation, and distribution center processes.
  • Working knowledge of Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) methodologies including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Flow Analysis, Conceptual Flow, Material Classification, Storage Techniques, Visual Management, and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and automation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution experience.
  • Experience with Stellantis Industrial System (SIS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Stellantis Production Way (SPW), or comparable operational excellence systems.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP, and logistics information systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data analytics tools.
  • Experience developing KPI dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualization solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other Continuous Improvement certification.
  • Experience leading cross-functional logistics optimization or continuous improvement initiatives.
