Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area (warehouse as well as distribution related)
Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers, commitment of regulating measures
Definition, implementation and documentation of standardized logistical processes as well as analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes
Inbound planning in alignment with Merchandising
Execution of tender offer for logistics services
Inventory management including interface monitoring and the analysis of reconciliation reports
Cooperation with PUMA internal stakeholders and subsidiaries, as well as logistics service providers in international environment
Preparation and analysis of the reporting
Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation
Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects
Supporting the Retail logistics team on similar tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
Good understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes
Experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
Experience with reporting, data analysis, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
