The Manager, Lifecycle Analytics owns measurement and analysis across the customer lifecycle including cohort analysis, lifetime value, repeat purchase rates, retention and churn. This role translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform retention and CRM strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with a commercial mindset and possesses the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.

The Manager, Lifecycle Analytics reports to the Senior Director, Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include (list top 5-8 responsibilities):

  • Own customer lifecycle analysis including acquisition cohort segmentation, repeat purchase behavior, churn, and lifetime value
  • Build and refine LTV models, cross-sell and upsell analysis, and replenishment insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key lifecycle KPIs
  • Partner closely with CRM and commercial teams to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the customer experience
  • Analyze the impact of CRM and lifecycle initiatives on engagement and incremental customer value
  • Provide clear recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in customer analytics, lifecycle analytics, or related roles
  • Strong background in cohort analysis, segmentation, retention, and lifetime value modeling
  • Proficiency with analytics and data tools, including SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing concepts
  • Experience working in DTC, omnichannel, and consumer goods preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience

SALARY RANGE

National Target Base Pay Range: $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $83,000 - $138,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
