KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

LIFE PARTNERSHIP

• Lead the relationship strategy for assigned Life insurer partners, serving as the primary liaison to strengthen partnerships and support sustainable business growth.
• Lead the development and delivery of partner communication materials, market updates, and investment presentations for review meetings, partner events, and client seminars.
• Contribute to product development initiatives in collaboration with Product, Investment, Marketing, and partner teams by providing partner insights, market intelligence, and commercial input to support the design, enhancement, and positioning of relevant investment solutions.
• Support Head of Life Partnership in driving Vietnam Life flows by preparing sales materials, campaign analysis, business performance reports and opportunity pipelines for key partners.
• Oversee service quality governance for Life Partnership accounts, including partner feedback management, issue escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and customer experience.
• Support the Head of Life Partnership in business planning, management reporting, partner review preparation, and team capability development within the function.

MUTUAL FUNDS

Support the execution of business activities across assigned Mutual Fund channels, ensuring effective coordination and smooth day-to-day operations.

Support AML/KYC processes for both new and existing customers, ensuring timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal requirements.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Advanced Presentation Skills: ability to confidently lead investment seminars, conduct professional training sessions and simplify complex financial data to diverse audiences
• Deep understanding of investment products (mutual funds, bonds, ILP etc…) and the regulatory environment of the Vietnamese financial market.
• Experience in partnership management, key account management, or stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Economic, Finance.
• Exposure to product development, proposition enhancement, or solution positioning would be an advantage.
• CFA qualifications, Vietnamese broker certificate would be an advantage.
• At least 8-10 years relevant experience in Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Finance, Securities or Insurance.
• Knowledge in AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices
