Job Description

1. The Manager - Liability Operations is responsible for customer onboarding and processing of all customer instructions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational excellence.
2. The role focuses on productivity, process control, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

1. Execute customer onboarding and instruction processing with full adherence to KYC, AML, and negative list guidelines.
2. Manage operational volumes to ensure higher productivity while maintaining compliance and process control.
3. Ensure customer deliverables are met within SLA timelines, with consistent improvements in service delivery.
4. Resolve customer complaints within stipulated TATs and conduct RCA to prevent recurrence.
5. Review vendor performance to ensure optimum productivity.
6. File regulatory returns and MIS reports accurately and on time.
7. Drive improvements in TAT (Turnaround Time) and FTR (First Time Right) as key performance achievements.
8. Support clean‑up operations to ensure accurate and reliable data entry into systems.
9. Perform judgmental activities at CPC with thorough knowledge of processes and compliance requirements.

Experience: 5 - 10 years in liability operations or related banking functions.

Education: Graduate/ Post‑Graduation (any specialization preferred).
