The Lenny Peters Foundation and Bethany Medical are seeking a bilingual, tech-savvy professional to oversee foundation operations and drive marketing initiatives.

• Job Title: Manager, Lenny Peters Foundation
• Reporting To: Marketing Director of Bethany Medical
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Requires occasional evening and weekend event coverage)
Core Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and community initiatives for the Lenny Peters Foundation, including social media outreach and growth
• Manage website admin and creative content
• Plan, execute, and support marketing projects for Bethany Medical
• Develop and execute marketing tactics to promote Bethany Medical's Spanish clinics
• Coordinate, attend, and represent both organizations at community and weekend events
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Language: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), written and spoken
• Experience: Proven history in non-profit sector operations
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Public speaking and camera readiness
Preferred Qualifications
• Design: Direct experience creating visual content with Canva
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and productivity
