Our Manager, Lending Platforms sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. You will act as the platform owner, defining the roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable solutions, and leading a team to deliver high-impact enhancements that improve the end-to-end lending experience for both employees and members.

What you’ll do
• Own and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Affinity’s lending platforms (currently nCino, Prolender), aligning capabilities to business priorities and regulatory expectations
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, from requirements and design through testing, release, and adoption
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate lending workflows into scalable, high-value solutions
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement, enhancing the employee and member lending experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and operational stability, including platform performance, data quality, and vendor alignment

What you’ve got
• Post-secondary education in a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in lending systems, business systems management, or technology delivery
• Strong experience in:
• Business requirements and process design
• Platform or product ownership (e.g., nCino, LOS, Salesforce FSC)
• Project/program delivery and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of lending workflows (loan origination, adjudication, servicing, or credit processes)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience leading and developing teams is an asset
