Within the Group Legal Department, you will contribute to the governance of an international listed company and help ensure compliance with the obligations applicable to publicly traded companies. You will work at the heart of the Group’s governance, compliance, and regulatory disclosure activities.

In this role you will:

· Participate in the organization and preparation of Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings.

· Contribute to the preparation and smooth running of the Company’s Annual General Meeting.

· Participate in the preparation of the Universal Registration Document (URD) and other governance-related documentation.

· Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s corporate governance framework and rules.

· Conduct legal analyses, draft legal memoranda, and perform benchmarking studies on governance and capital markets law topics.

· Contribute to compliance with regulatory filing, reporting, and disclosure obligations.

· Monitor regulatory developments affecting listed companies, including AMF and Euronext regulations.

· Participate in the Group’s governance and compliance projects

What you'll bring to BIC:

· Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law, Capital Markets Law, Corporate Law, or equivalent.

· Successful first experience of 2 to 4 years in a law firm, listed company, or corporate legal department.

· Knowledge of corporate governance and/or capital markets law.

· Excellent drafting, analytical, and summarization skills.

· High level of rigor, discretion, and confidentiality.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

· Strong interest in governance and compliance matters.

· Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
