Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the office leasing profolios of Kowloon and New Territories and monitor the daily operation of the tenants 
• Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports & presentation for management
• Prepare budget planning and rental forecast
• Coordinate with other departments / external parties on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works and various operation systems used 
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• 8 - 10 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
• Strong market sense and proactive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
• Stationed in Central office
