Griffith Health is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join the Dean (Learning & Teaching) portfolio as Manager, Learning & Teaching (Health). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and supporting the learning and teaching agenda across one of Australia’s leading health education groups.
Reporting to the Dean (Learning & Teaching), you will provide high-level leadership, operational management and expert advice across a broad range of learning and teaching functions and strategic initiatives. You will lead a high-performing professional team responsible for supporting Schools and programs across Griffith Health, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality and student-centred services.
The role is central to the coordination of accreditation activities, strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement aligned with the Group’s key learning and teaching priorities.

This is a continuing, full-time position based at Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 9 range $137,165 - $142,070 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $160,483 - $166,222 per annum.
