The Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) is part of the L&OD Center of Excellence (CoE), which drives leadership, talent planning, performance management, and professional development initiatives for more than 10,000 employees. This role leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs, serves as a strategic OD partner to the business, and helps shape and execute departmental strategy. The Manager brings strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, along with a proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

  • Serve as a trusted OD partner to business, consulting on team effectiveness, leadership and talent needs, and organizational challenges; design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and custom engagements that support business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for intact teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in both English and Spanish.
  • Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs, responsible for development, content creation, program management, and/or delivery
  • Measure learning and program effectiveness, analyze results and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements that strengthen impact and scalability.
  • Partner across the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and identify new opportunities, partnerships, and approaches that expand the team’s impact across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants for the development and delivery of learning services, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning, leadership, or professional development programs in fast-paced, complex organizations, including both virtual and in-person experiences.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with demonstrated professional fluency in both written and verbal communication and facilitation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and create, adapt, and deliver presentations and learning materials in both business Spanish and English.
  • Skilled facilitator, presenter, and consultant with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning, leadership, talent, and team-effectiveness solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority across levels, functions, and business units.
  • Self-directed, organized, and action-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make progress with limited direction.
  • Strong analytical judgment and experience using data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness, improve outcomes, and develop polished, executive-ready deliverables.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, accelerate content development, and enhance L&OD solutions.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and working knowledge of leadership and organizational assessment tools such as DiSC, 360 assessments, Hogan, MBTI, or similar instruments.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
