Job Description

• Lead culture strategy and core values refinement through leadership and employee input, translating approved values into future-ready behaviors and culture priorities
• Drive culture activation and behavioral change through targeted interventions, campaigns, and Culture Champion initiatives, applying change management approaches to build commitment and sustain adoption
• Embed desired behaviors into everyday practices by partnering with leaders, People teams, and business units to align employee experiences and recognition, supported by practical manager tools
• Assess culture gaps and measure impact using employee listening and organizational data to evaluate behavioral adoption and intervention effectiveness, and recommend targeted improvements
• Manage stakeholder engagement and end-to-end delivery of the culture transformation roadmap, ensuring business-unit alignment and effective coordination of communications, milestones, budgets, vendors, and executive reporting

• Organizational culture, organizational development, core values development, and behavioral frameworks
• Behavioral change, change management, and culture diagnostics
• Integration of desired behaviors into leadership practices, people processes, and employee experiences
• Culture measurement, employee listening, and organizational data interpretation
• Modern and AI-enabled ways of working.

Skills

• Culture strategy, intervention design, and program implementation
• End-to-end project management, including milestones, budgets, vendors, and reporting
• Stakeholder engagement, influencing, and executive communication
• Facilitation of discussions, employee workshops, and culture conversations
• Data analysis, problem-solving, and translation of insights into practical recommendations

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 5–10 years, in organizational culture, organizational development, change management, or transformation
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver cross-functional programs, from planning and stakeholder alignment through implementation and measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large, complex organizations
• Experience refining core values, activating Culture Champion networks, and embedding desired behaviors into organizational practices
• Experience with employee surveys, people analytics, and culture measurement
• Familiarity with change management frameworks
• Practical experience applying AI productivity tools to improve work effectiveness
