Job Description

The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing land acquisition plans aligned with the overall Land Management strategy to support project delivery. The role coordinates closely with client land departments, government authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve land-related matters. The position also supports the drafting and review of legal documents and provides clear progress reporting to ensure timely decision-making and proactive issue resolution.

  • Develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
  • Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs
  • Liaise with the client's land acquisition department
  • Maintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Total professional experience of 15 years
  • Ideally 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
  • Arabic speaker
  • Experience in handling all level of authorities, stakeholders and government entities
