Exempt position. This position is responsible and accountable for department operations including fiscal management of operations, quality and service, environment of care and safety, and human resource management. The manager supports and promotes laboratory practices consistent with the organizations vision, mission, goals and values. The manager is responsible to coordinate day to day department operations and manage key process flows within the department. Facilitates process improvement when necessary and contribute to an environment of high performance expectations, mutual trust and superior service.

2-year commitment to the role is required.
Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology, Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science, Cytology, Histology, or health/health sciences related field with completion of a clinical laboratory internship.
Five years of experience actively working in a clinical laboratory.
