The Laboratory Operations Manager is responsible for the management and direction of the Laboratory in order to meet the mission, vision and values of the organization. Provides technical expertise to both laboratory and nursing personnel related to quality specimen collection practices. Responsible for Quality Assurance functions, including data collection, analysis and reporting. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and government agencies related to employment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Experience Required: 5 yr Clinical Laboratory including Supervisor experience
