MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)
Responsible for achieving sales plan for the respective chains and increasing market share.
Assortment / range planning with Chains. Ensuring timely listing of lines and updation of offers.
Inventory forecasting and ensuring availability to get maximum fill rate. Ensuring right inventory coverage on shop floor. Timely Pos for regular replenishment.
Ensuring correct Brand mix keeping consumer profile in mind.
Driving secondary sales with help of front end and store teams.
Planning and executing offers and promotions with chains and ensuring right implementation and execution.
Regular Buyer and market visits.
Analyzing the sales trends Brand wise and category wise and implementing strategies to enhance sales.
Maintain & develop relations with the Chains.
Competition analysis and feedback.
Ensuring smooth payments and AR with help of AR teams.
Co-ordinating with various departments at the HO.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream. Candidate with MBA degree will be preferred.
