Job Description
Objectives:
- To be successful the incumbent must constantly monitor and record market changes and demands, collect and provide a full market analysis on competitive and customer data, while continuously translating what these advancements mean to our business.
- Drive sales and volume growth in key OEM customers.
Main Tasks:
- Drive OEM project implementation and achieve annual sales and profit targets
- Lead the planning and execution of OEM projects to meet annual volume and profitability goals.
- Increase product market share within each OEM account and ensure continuous growth.
- Optimize business cases to ensure profitability and provide clear guidance to front-line sales
- Review and refine OEM business cases to maintain a healthy profit structure.
- Offer clear sales strategies and dealership-capture guidelines to strengthen competitiveness and improve win rates.
- Deliver OEM reports and market share insights to support strategic decision-making
- Provide regular OEM market share analysis to support business planning.
- Contribute to the development of the Hunting List by identifying key customer opportunities.
- Enhance customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs.
- Work with OEMs to drive program execution and scale-up.
- Lead new product introduction within the OEM
- Manage process for introducing new products into OEM systems, including certification and launch activities.
- Develop and execute promotion plans to accelerate adoption of new products across OEM channels.
- Win key target customers and expand OEM certification coverage
- Drive acquisition of strategic target customers to achieve breakthrough growth.
- Expand product certifications within OEM networks to enhance overall market penetration.
- Cross-functional coordinator
- Planning internal Tec, MKT & SCM resource to meet customer needs
- Push customer needs back into product, operation and supports to clearly communicate with function team.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High ability to influence cross functional teams, high impact and self-confidence
- High ability to convince and inspire people
- 5+ years working experience in refinish coatings, sales experience is a must Custom Connectors, Gateways
