Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsible for ensuring manpower training, skilll enhancement and allocation of work to associates as per their skills to produce first time right and every time right products.
• Responsible for Paint shop Process Monitoring through statistical methods and Proactive actions
• Responsible for achivement as per MOP/KRI interms of P,Q,C,D,S & M
• Responsible for achieving daily production efficiency/target interms of OLE, Productivity parameters
• Capable of Paint shop concern resolution using Advanced quality tools to deliver consistent results in First Time
• Customer centric approach to deliver best quality product to internal (TCF & CQA) and Final customer
• Implementation of TPM /SMT standards for Paint shopTo Participate and lead various CFT
• Capable of global benchmarking for process and product (PT-CED, Sealer, top coat & polishing)
• knowledge of Paint shop lab equipments and material standards
• Knowledge of SOP, SOS, kaizen, problem solving tools, DCPCost control, paint consumption monitoring, energy management & consumables
• Knowledge of Paint shop Fire and safety
• FOS consumption monitoring, optimization & standardization
