For its F126 program in the Engineering department, Thales (Hengelo) is looking for a talented
Manager IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification) Engineering
with a passion for system development and delivery and the ambition to advance his or her career within a high-tech environment in a management role.

For our F126 program, we’re looking for an inspiring Team Manager IVVQ Engineering – someone with vision, a passion for IVVQ engineering, and a drive to combine technology and people for lasting impact.
What will you do?
As Team Manager IVVQ Engineering, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 25-35 system engineers and specialists, performing integration and testing of our software releases at different levels of the test cycle. Your teams task is to deliver the full qualified system towards the customer and plays a critical role in securing the total F126 system overall performance and quality.
Your team is a key link in the F126 program. You’ll enable everyone to perform at their best: coaching, inspiring, facilitating, and building the team. Together, you’ll not only drive the development of the entire project, but also competencies, domain knowledge, and optimal working methods. You spot opportunities for improvement, initiate change, and make a difference – for people and the project. Your team is pivotal to match customer expectations, drive the software development and secure the acceptance of the systems.
