What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Manager, IT Solutions Delivery, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Manage employees and contractors under your supervision, acting as a first-level manager while fostering engagement and professional development
• Ensure effective workload management in collaboration with the RTE and project manager to optimize delivery organization efficiency
• Act as a tactical and operational IT point of contact for various business sectors, including IT leadership, regarding offered solutions and services
• Be accountable for the delivery of technology solutions, service quality, and the overall performance of your team
• Oversee operational effectiveness and contribute to achieving sector objectives
• Coordinate delivery activities while managing dependencies and aligning with business priorities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work practices and optimization of delivery processes
• Act as an owner for certain IT assets, ensuring their proper management and evolution
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment aligned with technological and organizational priorities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their mobilizing leadership, autonomy, initiative, and managerial courage, as well as their ability to communicate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environments
• Stands out for their ability to assess the quality of technical deliverables (code reviews, architecture, automated testing strategies) and identify technical risks and technical debt
• Demonstrates strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills, enabling effective engagement with multiple stakeholders
• Is recognized for their collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong and lasting professional relationships
• Has a strong ability to organize and prioritize work, while simultaneously managing multiple complex initiatives with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, propose innovative solutions, and act strategically when needed
• Brings solid experience managing complex technology initiatives, including delivering solutions in Agile, Lean, and DevOps environments, with a strong understanding of IT ecosystems and related domains
• Is known for their ability to engage, develop, and support specialized teams, while acting as a coach to peers and collaborators
• Has a broad understanding of sector and organizational challenges, with a high tolerance for ambiguity in transformation contexts

• Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves communicating daily with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada through emails and virtual meetings
