PURPOSE:

• Responsible to maintaining and developing new systems to adapt complicated business requirements with superb quality and outstanding performance, making sure all systems running smoothly.
• To be in-charge and contribute to training and development of the team to meet personal targets and those of the team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead the assigned project in delivering the following:

• Building and supporting new web applications
• Working with vendor, BA and group IT for system integration
• Proactive to discuss with the related departments when having any new business requests to ensure the quality for any system release and minimize impact to business
• Ensure application in line with company strategy and standard
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 8 years’ experience
• Multitasking skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proven work experience on web application using J2EE framework (Spring, Hibernate, JSTL, …)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL, MongoDB
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, React, Angular
• Familiarity with web servers (Jboss)
• Familiarity with Restful web service development.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Familiarity with software like Eclipse, Spring Tool Suit, IntelliJ,..
