Your future team
You will guide a high-performing team of 10 experienced technicians, dedicated to developing Axis's global platforms. As part of our IT Infrastructure & Operations department, you and your team will collaborate with other expert groups and stakeholders to define and deliver thecutting-edgeinfrastructure and technology that supports Axis worldwide.
Together with your team, your primary responsibility will be to strategically evolve Axis's technological landscape,identifyingandimplementinginnovative solutions that meet businessneedsand contribute to a significant strategic advantage.

This role offers significant autonomy as you build and inspire a newly formed team, integrating all platform responsibilities. This means you and your team will be instrumental insettingthe strategictechnicalagenda and shaping the future direction of the platform.You'll collaborate extensively with stakeholders and technical teams to build and align comprehensive roadmaps and action plans.A key part of your remit will be to proactively manage and foster transformative technical initiatives and changes, making a significant positive impact across the platform and the entire Axis organization.

Experience of Cloud, Virtual platforms, Kubernetes, Automation & AI
Experience of building roadmap & action plans
