Manager - IT Infrastructure

Eligibility

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC recognized institute / university.

Experience:

15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.

Skills Required

• Microsoft Certified
• VMware Certified
• Red Hat (RHCSA/RHCE)
• IT Security Certifications (CISM, CISSP)

Responsibilities:

• Managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including AIX, Linux, Windows servers, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and enterprise messaging platforms.
• Ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, resilience, backup and recovery, and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Monitoring infrastructure health, resolving issues, coordinating maintenance, and improving operational stability.
• Maintaining infrastructure documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements, including SBP, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
