Vanguard’s office in India is a significant milestone in our global expansion. We are committed to establishing an enduring technology center in Hyderabad, Telangana and are excited to be adding talent who will focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), mobile, and cloud-based technologies that drive our business outcomes and deliver a world-class experience for our clients.
Leads and grows a multi‑disciplinary engineering team spanning Dynamics CRM engineers, integration/API engineers, and a tech lead. Accountable for platform health, delivery outcomes, and technical direction across CRM, integration layers, omnichannel services, and AI‑enabled capabilities that power Sales & Service experiences.
Technical strategy & architecture stewardship
Sets technical direction with architects and Tech Leads, defining reference architectures and guardrails across CRM, APIs, identity, eventing, and AI/agent patterns while managing technical debt and modernization.
Delivery, quality & operational excellence
Owns engineering quality, CI/CD, release discipline, and production support; drives predictable delivery while maintaining secure, resilient, and observable Sales & Service platforms.
People leadership & capability uplift
Coaches and develops engineers and Tech Leads, builds high‑performing teams, and creates clarity across low‑code CRM, pro‑code integration, and AI‑enabled engineering disciplines.
