About the Role
Full‑time position (38 hours per week).
Minimum four (4) days per week in the office, including guiding and coordinating the IT & Data team to establish one regular weekly day where the whole team works together onsite.
Base office: Chatswood, with occasional travel between Link Wentworth offices
in metro Sydney.
As the Manager, IT & Data, you will lead the organisation’s full technology environment, encompassing enterprise cyber security, IT infrastructure, applications, systems management and internal customer support. A key component of this role is ensuring data integrity and custodianship, implementing strong data governance frameworks, and enhancing enterprise data quality and reliability.
You will bring experience managing internal IT service models while also having strong exposure to or experience running a Managed Service Provider (MSP), enabling you to effectively oversee outsourced partners and integrate them with in‑house teams. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, values led leader who can drive clarity in team functions, build capability, and ensure high
performing IT service delivery.
You will report directly to the Head of Technology and lead five specialist direct reports across IT Operations and Data.
