This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client engagements end‑to‑end, overseeing workflow, timelines, risk, staffing, and budgets to meet service objectives, deadlines, and engagement economics.

  • Plan engagements, including timing, risk and readiness assessments, staffing decisions, and work schedules.

  • Review engagement workpapers, test plans, audit reports, and deliverables to ensure compliance with firm and professional standards.

  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing year‑round advisory support, managing communications, and keeping Partners informed of engagement status, budgets, and technical matters.

  • Develop deep knowledge of client platforms, systems, security, and software, and research complex accounting and information security issues, preparing supporting memoranda as needed.

  • Build technical and industry expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

  • Assist with fee quotes, budgeting, client billings, collections, and audit exit meeting presentations.

  • Utilize firm methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and engagement quality.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional firm services and collaborate across service lines to support client needs.

  • Contribute to practice development through networking, proposals, publications, and partner support.

  • Participate in firm and department process improvements and serve as an instructor in training programs.

  • Develop and mentor team members through delegation, performance feedback, career counseling, and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • CPA, CISA, CISSP or other relevant professional certification.

  • 4 years of experience working in a public accounting firm, including involvement in SOC or relevant experience testing IT controls.  

  • 1 year of experience managing projects and supervising teams in a managerial capacity.   

  • Assurance leadership, guidance or supervisory experience.

  • Possess knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX‑based operating systems, SQL and other databases, cloud environments, application change management methodologies, security best practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
