Job Summary

As an Issue Resolution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across the organization. You will lead and support the resolution of complex quality issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving through structured methodologies. By deploying global quality tools and practices, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes, support the execution of the quality plan, and actively engage in quality governance. This role is key to enhancing quality maturity and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Drive actions to improve quality maturity across the organization.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Actively participate in Quality Governance forums to align with strategic quality objectives.
  • Monitor and follow up on the deployment and execution of the quality plan.
  • Deploy and promote group-wide quality methodologies and tools such as PSM (Problem Solving
  • Methodology) and WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
  • Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical and quality issues across functions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., PSM, 8D, RCA) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Quality Management, with a strong focus on PSM and Project Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tetra Pak products and services.
  • Proven experience in Change Management.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, or similar.
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
