The IS Learning Manager leads the firmwide technology training strategy, delivery, application support and innovation. This role oversees a team of trainers in New York and collaborates with IS Support teams across regional offices. This position is responsible for developing learning programs across core legal technology systems, attorney-facing legal technology applications and systems, SCORM-compliant LMS platforms, and rapid content generation using Generative AI.

Estimated salary range is $165,000 - $185,000. This position is bonus eligible. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
