Job Highlights:

• Ideal knowledge about E-TAX Invoice is preferable
• Understanding of AP process and AP automation
• Initiate online data capture for ERP systems

Responsible for maintaining a proper invoice database, and conducting invoice processing procedures in line with the company policies and legalities, a complete understanding of accounting systems and invoice processing software, possessing a disciplined work ethic and good analytical abilities.

Responsibility:

• Oversee the preparation of statements and bills
• Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bill payment
• Review work of billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed
• Create and provide a prioritized list of clients to be invoiced to team members
• Draft and distribute weekly reports of invoicing and billing metrics
• Advise staff on proper, legal parameters for collections practices
• Provide customer support to customers with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process
• Ensure complete accuracy of financial statements and tax data
• Keep track of slow approvals
• Handle multiple projects
• Initiate online data capture for ERP systems (Oracle)
• Guarantee smooth functioning of invoice automation and procure-to-pay process

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related area
• Proven work experience as an Invoice Manager or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Basic understanding of collection practices and laws
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Billing Manager
• High accuracy standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of AP process and AP automation solution
