About this role

The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets and be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team. The role will have significant exposure to senior management, as they prepare for external engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• The role will support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement and monitoring; financial and data analysis; earnings and presentation preparation; external conferences and meetings.
• Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Align with Finance, Communications and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly motivated, collaborative and proactive to respond to management’s needs
• Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience
• Knowledge of Carrier Business Units
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands
