Provide support to Investment Banking team members on administrative, operational, analytical, and coordination support e.g. generate reports, manage share drive, eProcurement and IT-related issues
Assist with Marketing work, training and internal events
Coordinate with colleagues in CIBC as a centralized unit for administrative assignment
Filing and document management, maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential documentation.
Support investment banking teams in transaction execution and client servicing activities.
Prepare presentations, pitch books, financial reports, and marketing materials.
Coordinate due diligence processes and maintain transaction data rooms.
Liaise with clients, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and internal departments.
Support compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management procedures.
Assist in preparing meeting minutes, schedules, and management reports.
Provide general administrative and operational support to senior bankers and deal teams.
Responsible for Investment banking facility by coordinating with PAM
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience from banking industry.
Moderately proficient in English.
Familiarity with internal systems and Microsoft Office suite.
