As a Transfer Pricing Manager at RSM you will consult with clients and provide advice on a range of Transfer Pricing matters and manage a team of juniors

As a Manager you will work with clients on a range of matters related to Transfer Pricing including researching TP matters, providing advice, developing and implementing transfer pricing structures, benchmarking and liaising with revenue authorities. You will also be expected to manage a team of juniors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applying complex transfer pricing concepts to assist clients with their international related party dealings.
• Assisting clients with identifying value creation within their global value chain and determining the appropriate remuneration for relevant transactions in accordance with the Australian and international transfer pricing rules and norms.
• Managing transfer pricing projects and engagements including large Country-by-Country reporting requirements
• Supporting in controversy and dispute resolution with relevant tax authorities
• Managing relationships with clients across a range of industry sectors in Australia and internationally
• Couching, mentoring training and developing junior staff members

About you:

• Previous experience in managing transfer pricing or international tax engagements in professional services, ATO or in industry is essential
• Strong technical analytical skills particularly with excel
• Experience in managing relationships with clients and a client service mindset
• Strong written communication skills. Good verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
