The primary aim of the position is to lead and coordinate recruitment efforts in priority markets, ensuring the successful implementation of the international student recruitment strategy and achievement of growth targets. This includes conceptualising and implementing effective marketing and recruitment campaigns, as well as participating in school visits and other outreach activities to promote the University to prospective students and convert leads into enrolled students. The position oversees a budget of RM200,000 to develop, implement, track and optimise marketing and recruitment initiatives across relevant channels. The role also includes managing and developing team members and In-Country Representatives, providing leadership, guidance and training to ensure alignment with campus-wide targets, priorities and goals.
