About the role:

Own the international student pipeline working closely with our dynamic Marketing and Domestic Future Students teams and drive enrolment growth in a role where performance is truly yours to lead.

As Manager, International Recruitment, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the student journey from first enquiry through to enrolment with a clear focus on conversion, revenue outcomes and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with agents, admissions and internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for prospective students, while using data and insights to continuously improve performance.

This role suits someone who thrives on ownership, is motivated by results, and wants to directly influence international enrolment outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

Pipeline Ownership & Conversion Excellence

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment pipeline performance, optimising conversion from enquiry to enrolment.

Sales Strategy & Target Delivery

  • Own and deliver international enrolment targets through data-driven forecasting and execution.

Agent & Partner Management

  • Build and manage high-performing global agent networks to maximise recruitment outcomes.

Data & Insights-Driven Decisions

  • Leverage analytics to identify risks, trends and opportunities across markets and channels.

Operational Leadership & Process Optimisation

  • Enhance systems, workflows and collaboration to ensure scalable and efficient recruitment operations.

Who you are:

International Recruitment Expertise

  • 3–5 years’ experience in education, ideally international, with strong sales and pipeline management exposure.

Commercial & Results Driven

  • Proven ability to meet targets, forecast performance and drive revenue outcomes

Data & Systems Savvy

  • Confident working with CRMs, reporting tools and student databases to inform decisions.

Stakeholder & Relationship Builder

  • Skilled in managing agents, partners and internal teams across multiple regions.

Customer-Centric Problem Solver

  • Exceptional service mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and resolve challenges efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid/on-site role based at Media Design School at Strayer, located in Auckland’s - a vibrant, waterfront innovation precinct.
