Manager International Marketing (gn) full-time/part-time (hybrid)

What you can expect

• You oversee the central marketing activities for the DACH/KAM, Romania, Poland, and Spain markets and ensure a strategic alignment across all markets.
• You are responsible for the allocation and management of the marketing budgets for the markets under your supervision and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• You act as the central point of contact for local marketing stakeholders on all topics related to brand management, marketing communications, and campaign execution.
• You independently plan, coordinate, and implement the full marketing mix and communication campaigns across the assigned markets.
• You develop and own the central marketing roadmap for the assigned markets and closely align it with the Corporate Communications and Brand teams.
• You create meaningful presentations and management reports, particularly for measuring the success and performance of local marketing campaigns.
• You continuously expand your expertise in relevant marketing areas such as HubSpot mailing campaigns, CMS maintenance, and performance KPI management, while supporting other departments across teams.
• You independently manage external service providers and ensure the successful implementation of agreed measures and initiatives.
• You organize the internat. Marketing Day and ensure the professional planning, execution, and follow-up of the event.

What makes you stand out

• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in international marketing.
• You ideally bring project management experience and are able to manage projects in a structured, goal-oriented manner through to successful completion.
• You stand out through excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, strong analytical capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are fluent in English at a business negotiation level and ideally have additional European language skills.
