About the role
The Manager, Internal Review will lead and manage a team
delivering complex internal reviews and assessments ensuring high quality,
timely and consistent outcomes that safeguard children and people with a
disability. The role will lead significant and sensitive matters, including decisions to
confirm or set aside outcomes, and implement systems and controls that support
consistent, evidence-based decision making.
The Manager will identify
trends and emerging issues to inform continuous improvement, strengthen
compliance and promote best practice whilst building team capability through
coaching and development.
