Job Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Internal Reporting, on a full-time temporary basis (term up to 20 months) with our Corporate Accounting team. This is a hybrid position and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

This role plays a key part in shaping how financial information is consolidated, analyzed, and delivered to leadership across FCL and its group of companies. If you’re someone who can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, lead teams through evolving processes, and contribute to senior-level decision-making, we encourage you to apply.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end monthly internal reporting cycle, ensuring accurate consolidations, allocations, analysis, and timely delivery to leadership.
  • Oversee quarterly reporting, including Board materials, presentations, and supporting financial insights.
  • Direct the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts, including financial statements and key supporting schedules.
  • Partner with subsidiaries and stakeholders to strengthen reporting processes and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Act as the go-to expert for financial reporting systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Planful), driving improvements and efficiencies.
  • Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing direction on technical accounting matters and reporting deliverables.

Who you’ll work with:

You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting, subsidiary teams, and senior leadership. You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of two experienced accounting professionals while supporting reporting needs across the organization.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and:

  • Have a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration with a major in accounting.
  • Have 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting, including leadership experience.
  • A professional designation in accounting (CPA) required.
