Job Description

  • Lead risk-based internal audits across manufacturing sites, overseas stores, and distributors.

  • Conduct operational, compliance, financial, and forensic audits in line with global standards.

  • Identify control gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; deliver practical, value-adding recommendations

  • Prepare and present clear audit reports to management and Global Audit Committee; track remediation actions.

  • Manage and develop audit team members or co-sourced partners; ensure high-quality audit delivery.

  • Support fraud investigations, whistleblower cases, and special reviews in collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance.

  • Act as a trusted business partner, advising stakeholders on risk, controls, and governance.

  • Promote strong governance, internal controls, and compliance culture across all locations.

  • Support global IA initiatives and ad-hoc special projects

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience & Professional Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Internal Control, or Compliance within a multinational environment

  • Experience in a manufacturing or cross-functional environment is a plus

  • 2+ years of people or project management experience

  • Strong technical expertise in Internal Audit and risk management
