What You Can Expect
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) sowie des Business Continuity Managements (BCM) innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
Unterstützung der Standorte bei der Umsetzung der Normanforderungen ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
Entwicklung und Implementierung gruppenweiter Prozesse, Standards und Templates
Planung und Durchführung interner Audits an rund 30 Standorten
Sicherstellung der Zertifizierungsreife unserer Standorte sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Zertifizierungs- und Überwachungsaudits
Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu Normanforderungen und Managementsystemprozessen
What You Bring:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt / Betriebswirt,
oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Erfahrung im Bereich Managementsysteme, Qualitätsmanagement (QM) oder IMS
Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 14001 und/oder ISO 45001
Erfahrung im Bereich Audits oder Zertifizierungsprozessen von Vorteil
Idealerweise Qualifikation als interner Auditor / Managementsystembeauftragter
Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, den Niederlanden und Frankreich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 bzw. B1)
Contargo overview
With a yearly throughput of 1.9 million TEU, Contargo is one of the leading container hinterland logistics networks in Europe. Contargo integrates container transport between the western seaports, Germany’s North Sea ports and the European hinterland. The Contargo network concept is based on three components:

This concept makes Contargo the partner of choice for sea carriers, forwarders and all other players along the intermodal logistics chain in Europe.
Contargo operates container depots and interim storage at the terminals and offers a wide range of container services including local collection and delivery of containers by truck, maintenance and repair, and stuffing and stripping. Contargo combines the advantages of the three transport modes of inland navigation, road and rail in an integrated transport concept. Fixed routes and frequent scheduled departures form the basis for fast, reliable, efficient container transports.
Consistent, integrated processes and IT systems ensure the fast, smooth throughput of containers. As well as handling between barge, rail and truck Contargo also takes on the document processing.
