Responsible for third-party connectivity across the Distribution ecosystem (e.g., OTAs, travel agencies, GDSs), including partner engagement, onboarding, and integration into IHG connectivity platforms and systems. This role is responsible for the day-to-day connectivity work required to keep integrations operating effectively—connectivity operations, maintenance, enhancements, and coordination of incident/issue resolution with Technology and other stakeholders. The role coordinates among connectivity product managers, software developers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to define requirements, align on approach, and drive delivery. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across distribution team members, and support cross-functional product teams. The Manager, Integrations Solutions will also activate the roadmap, ultimately managingexecution of defined connectivity initiatives across the lifecycle to ensure ownership of the roadmap is clear. They are skilled and experienced in process efficiency, scalability, onboarding throughput, and operational excellence to help demonstrate the innovative ideas ideal for the role and must exhibit the ability to lead Product Managers and/or lead teams of Product Managers.
Your Day to Day
Strategy
Provides input and planning guidance to the overall distribution strategy, incorporating an understanding of IHG objectives, partners, and system capabilities.
Applies connectivity expertise to translate distribution priorities into operational execution.
Analyzes the internal landscape to identify opportunities to improve third-party connectivity processes (e.g., onboarding, change management, operational support) in support of the distribution strategy.
Execution
Leads and supports a team of Product Managers overseeing third‑party connectivity (e.g., OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies, GDSs), providing ongoing coaching, regular check‑ins, actionable performance feedback, and support for individual professional development.
Establishes and maintains connectivity best practices by developing internal support documentation, onboarding guides, and operational standards to enable efficient onboarding, stable day‑to‑day operations, and effective change management.
Functions as Product Owner for connectivity and onboarding initiatives, partnering with Distribution technical teams to prioritize delivery of value and engaging with connectivity partners to understand operational needs and resolve technical issues impacting partners and internal stakeholders.
Operations & Support
Provides day-to-day connectivity operational support to B2B and Distribution stakeholders, including triage, coordination, and follow-through for critical production issues in partnership with Technology.
Escalates connectivity integration issues/risks across Distribution and to Technology/appropriate leadership, with context and recommendations for resolution.
Recommends improvements to drive operational excellence, internal customer satisfaction, and achievement of connectivity operations service levels and metrics.
What We Need From You:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent).
Experience
8+ years of progressive work-related experience as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager with demonstrated proficiency in one or multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position including product and/or project management, travel technology systems (GDS, OTAs, PMS and other distribution technology), or vendor relationship management.
Skills & Technical Experience
Experience leading medium‑to‑large partner integration initiatives, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, change management, and delivery, with hands‑on experience testing APIs and working with XML/JSON messaging.
Proven success operating as a Product Manager in modern, cross‑functional software environments, overseeing multiple products and collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to define product goals and success metrics, provide in‑depth technical analysis and feedback to engineering and leadership, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly within complex travel distribution ecosystems.
