Who You Are
You are an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager and Direct Response Marketing leader with strong strategic instincts, leadership capability, and deep operational expertise within the HighLevel ecosystem. You understand how direct response campaigns, funnels, lifecycle marketing, automation, creative, AI-powered marketing, and customer journeys work together to drive measurable business growth, trial conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes.
You bring a strong execution mindset while also being an effective people manager who can build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. You know how to create accountability, provide strategic direction, prioritize effectively, and help team members grow while maintaining strong operational execution and marketing performance standards.
Earlier in your career, you were highly hands-on building funnels, automations, nurture campaigns, CRM workflows, direct response campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and conversion-focused growth initiatives. That experience allows you to quickly identify gaps, improve execution quality, guide teams effectively, and support scalable marketing growth without micromanaging.
You have meaningful experience working inside HighLevel and understand how to leverage the platform, automation tools, direct response marketing strategies, and AI-driven marketing capabilities to support integrated campaigns, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, operational efficiency, personalization, conversion optimization, and scalable growth.
You are highly data-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented. You value accountability, experimentation, testing, optimization, continuous improvement, strong cross-functional communication, and modern AI-enabled marketing practices You know how to balance speed, execution quality, innovation, and team leadership while keeping stakeholders aligned around aggressive growth and conversion goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Integrated Campaign Management
Lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and customer engagement initiatives.

HighLevel Platform & Marketing Operations
Serve as a key operational and strategic leader for marketing execution inside the HighLevel ecosystem.

Campaign Performance & Optimization
Lead campaign analysis and continuous improvement efforts across marketing programs and customer journeys.

Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, support, and develop a collaborative, high-performing integrated marketing team.
